These terms describe use of the website operated by E.L.O Trade Cyprus Ltd. at www.elo-trade.com.cy. They are website-use terms, not terms of sale for a particular project.

2. Information and separate agreements
Service descriptions identify topics for an initial discussion. They are not a binding offer, a guarantee that a particular capability is available in-house, or evidence of regulatory approval. Images are illustrative unless expressly identified as an approved record of actual work.
The website is not a substitute for project-specific engineering advice, inspection, testing or approval. Before relying on a proposed solution, confirm the intended use, requirements, responsible parties and any required qualifications or certifications in writing.
Browsing the site or sending an enquiry does not itself create a supply or services contract. Any quotation, scope, price, schedule, warranty, confidentiality obligation or allocation of technical responsibility must be agreed in separate contractual documents. These website terms do not replace an existing agreement.
3. Enquiries and acknowledgements
Provide accurate contact information and only information you are entitled to share. Start with a non-confidential project outline. The public form has no file-upload facility; do not send passwords, payment details, health information, confidential drawings or other sensitive material. Ask us to arrange an appropriate channel and confidentiality terms first.
A successful intake acknowledgement with a reference means the enquiry has been recorded by the website system. It does not mean that a person has reviewed it, that a proposal has been accepted or that an email has reached an inbox. Business notification and sender-confirmation attempts are tracked separately and may need retrying. No response or delivery time is promised by the website.
If you receive an error or cannot confirm the submission, keep any reference shown and contact [email protected] or +357-999-22-060. Avoid repeatedly sending the same request while its status is uncertain.
The form's privacy acknowledgement confirms that you have read the Privacy Policy. It is not marketing consent, optional analytics consent or agreement to a project contract. Enquiry processing is explained under the legal bases in that notice.
4. Acceptable use and content rights
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the site, send malware or spam, impersonate another person, or harvest information in an unlawful or harmful way.
Website content may be protected by intellectual-property rights belonging to E.L.O Trade or other rights holders. You may view it and retain a copy for lawful internal evaluation. Links to external information do not make E.L.O Trade responsible for those websites or endorse every statement they contain. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy information. No internet transmission or public website can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Availability, liability and your rights
We seek to keep the content useful and accurate, but errors and interruptions can occur. Information may change, and the website may be unavailable during maintenance or an incident. Check material details directly before acting on them.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, E.L.O Trade is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, this informational website. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or any protected personal-injury liability, and does not limit rights under a separate agreement.
Mandatory consumer rights and other non-excludable legal protections remain unaffected. The absence of online checkout does not remove rights that may apply to a transaction agreed later by email or another channel. Any required pre-contract information and transaction terms must be supplied at the appropriate stage for that transaction.
7. Law, questions and changes
These website terms are governed by Cyprus law. For business users, the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction over disputes concerning these terms, subject to applicable law and any separately agreed terms. Nothing here deprives a consumer of mandatory protections or jurisdiction rights available under applicable law.
